2. What are the Requirement that I need to take before applying online?
  1. Read the Advertisement very carefully before applying.
  2. Valid E-mail ID and Mobile number.
  3. Write your Name and Date of Birth in application format as per SSC/ Matric Certificate.
  4. Date of Birth as per SSC/Matric Certificate
  5. Scan copy of your Photo and Signature should not be more than 40 kb with file extension jpg or jpeg.
3. Can I Edit / Modify my information after submitting? Once submitted, no part of the application form can be edited. Candidates are advised to maintain accuracy of information while applying and recheck before submitting online application.
4. I, by mistake entered incorrect data in my application. Can I correct it? Data once entered cannot be edited / modified. Please enter data in application carefully. Once you are sure that the information is in order/correct, then Click on SUBMIT to save.
5. Can I request MRPL to modify / correct my application details? Please note that once the data saved, any request for change of mailing address, examination centre / category / discipline etc. as declared in the online application, will not be entertained.
6. Unable to upload the scanned copy of the Photograph/ Signature. What are possible reasons? Check if the file type is .jpg or .jpeg. Any other file type will not be accepted. Size for Photograph and Signature file should not be more than 40 kb. Refer link “How to Scan and upload Photograph and Signature”.
7. Are there any file size restrictions when uploading my Photo and Signature online? Yes. The scanned copy of the photograph and Signature should not be more than 40 kb. Also the scanned copies should necessarily be in either jpeg or jpg format.
Please also ensure that a recent passport size colour photograph with a white background is uploaded.
8. Can I give e-mail id and mobile number any of my relatives or friends? NO, You have to provide your own valid e-mail-id and mobile number. It should be active e-mail-id and Mobile number and has to remain valid upto one year.
9. My Final Results are awaited for Diploma / ITI/Graduation/PG etc. Can I Apply? NO. You are not eligible to apply in case final results are awaited.
10. I belong to SC/ST/OBC category. Can I apply for posts for which there is no vacancy under the reserved category? In case there are no post of the reserved category the candidate can still apply provided he meets all the eligibility criteria for the General category. In all such cases the candidate shall be treated as a General category candidate. Thus no relaxation in age shall be provided to him. Also he shall be considered for interview/ final selection as per the General Category merit and not as per any of the reserved category merit.
11. How can I get to know the status of my application after submission? Candidates can Re-Login into the system using a combination of unique Registration ID and Date of Birth to know the Status of their Application.
12. What documents should I keep for future reference? A copy of your
  1. Registration Slip generated while submitting your online application.
  2. Admit Card and
  3. Interview Call letter (if applicable)
